OK in the month of June I missed my period and then the 1 of July I got my period but it started as brown spotting and then it got heavier and then it slowed down and then heavy again that lasted for 26 days straight while that was going on the foods I'm use to eating I can't eat anymore I get nausea during the afternoon and the night my belly gets tired every time I walk down the street and I get motion sickness what's going on

Bleeding and especially bleeding heavily would usually indicate you're not pregnant. The heavy, long period may have left you low in Iron and that's why you feel like this. Best visit your doctor.

OK I understand that but my mother experience the same thing with me the heavy bleed
