    Kenmore 70 series 110.26722693 spin gears noise
    Came home to grinding noise, wife I back room did not hear.
    Washer seems to have cycled through to wash clothes and tub was empty of water, but spin cycle was only making grinding noise.
    Stopped and started again only on spin and nothing but grinding noise.
    Any suggestions would help.

    Turned out to be coupling.
