    Can a person have a felony and still be a real estate broker in Indiana?
    Can a person have a felony in Indiana and still get a real estate brokers license

    Of course I believe you have to first be an agent, before you can become a broker.
    But it is on a case by case basis. So you will have to apply and have your case reviewed by their board. It will depend on the type of felony, how long it has been and other info
