When I study or use mobile for long time my eye got paining and become light red sometime. Today I went to eye specialist. He told my eye power is -0.25 both eye and axis 180. I am confused should wear glass or not. What will happen if I will not wear glass, should my power will increase or not.

Perhaps you could have asked the eye specialist these questions while you were there. He is likely the best person to have given you an answer.

If you won't wear glasses, your pain is going to be worse. The glasses helps you to improve your vision and to reduce the strain. So you better follow the specialists advice, after all it is for your own good.

When I kept getting headaches everyday I went and had my eyes rechecked. Sure enough, my vision in one eye got worse and the vision in my other eye got better. So my eyes were working overtime trying to focus hence my daily headaches. My headaches went away within a day of wearing my new rx. I'd say you are doing yourself a disservice not trying glasses.

If you are prescribed glasses, purchase them, wear them. If you are prescribed a lotion for a rash, do you question whether to purchase it and use it? No. You do as the doctor says because they went to school to know what's best for what they've diagnosed.
