    Workers' Comp Fraud

    If the physician I work foe is committing Worker's Comp. Fraud what are my responsibilities as an insurance biller & coder and how should I handle this situation?

    If you are assisting him in any way you are a co-conspirator.

    You quit and/or report him to the authorities.
