    Immigration Law
Im 24 I been married to my wife for 3 years been together for 9 years she recently gave irth to twins. Sound like a lovely story but there is one major problem my entered this country when she was 5 months old illegally in 1988 her mom and father never filled for papers for themselves or her she graduated high school. Me on the other hand was born here and have a good job is there any way that I can give my wife papers with out risking her getting deported

Not a problem, but I would recommend discuss this issue with experienced immigration attorney as this is not a DIY case. You guys will be fine... good luck.
