I have an existing garage that is about 20 x 35, 8feet of which was added some years after the original.
The new is not cracking, however it is slightly( 1" ) higher ,as well there are some anomalies in the slab to include some negative grade.
There is an existing 2 story structure ( small apt over the garage ).

I would like to have a topper over the existing slab perhaps 1 or 1 1/2 inch to level the slab.

What products are available for this task and is it possible to get this done so that it won't crack up and will in fact last... who would do this kind of work ?
