    Caregiver compensation
    Is there any monetry support for a spouse who is sole caregiver and cannot work due to husband with a v.a. disability. i.e. from government, social security, veterans administration ?

    No. The words "in sickness and in health" cover this.

    You could get a job and attempt to get assistance for your husband during the hours you are working.
