    Garnishing of credit or debit cards
    If a judgement is filed against you can they garnish pre paid debit cards or credit cards?

    It's a pre-paid Visa Debit Card from the Green Dot Company. You have to buy a money pack each time you load it. The funds are not insured by the FDIC.
