    Central air conditioner
    The fan won't turn
    No noise is coming from the A/c
    It moves freely backwards and forwards when moved manually
    Inside turns on but blows out warm air
    Tried a different fuze didn't work

    PLEASE HELP ME

    It's probably the contactor for the outside unit (condenser).

    This is a job that a certified HVAC person should correct.
