what does the 'DIA' mark on a ring mean? It has no numbers after it. Can you help?
I have a ring and I'm wondering if anyone knows what the DIA stamp is and how you can gestimate a value before taking it to a jeweler.

Take it to a jeweller is the only thing I can suggest. Unless I have the ring in myhand, I really can't tell you what it means. Is it l4k l8k gold, white gold or yellow gold, or copper gold? I have a ring with all three gold coloours; it has no markings, it is very old. So have it assessed by a professional.
