    Application for pemanant disability
    I have discharge application for total and permanent disability for my student loan. I have used up all my hardships and forbearences. I am facing garnishment. I have sent this in before with a letter of favorable decision from the judge and it was denied. My primary docter will not fill it out what do I do next?
