Physics/ maagnetic field

A uniform magnetic field of flux density B confined to a cylindrical volume of radius a. B is decreasing in magnitude at a constant rate R. Find the instantaneous acceleration experienced by an electron placed at a distance b from the axis of the cylinder.
(e= charge of the electron, m= mass of the electron)
