Honda 3813 riding mower problem
I have a 3813 Honda riding mower. The problem I am having is once I put it in gear it will not move then all the sudden it will take off. This has got worst over the last year and can take up to a couple min to move. Can any one help me out with this problem? Thanks

I have read several other post in regards to this problem, but I wanted to go over mine to make sure I am not missing anything. I put the mower in storage about a year ago it had just has been serviced for not starting. The Mower Shop installed a new battery and said there also was a bad fuse....
