    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    I assume you meant you needed a mortgage since you originally posted under the Real Estate forum.

    There is no way we can answer your question. There are too many factors involved. Location, cost of home, amount of down payment and much more. What you need to do is shop around. Start where you bank.
