    That depends on who you're talking to.

    But The Tower of London seems to top quite a few lists along with
    Easten State Penitentiary, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania ,

    Also The White House used to be but the idiot demon got exerscised and exorscised , but not in time to do much good.

    Most of the places I have always heard of seem to be in Europe/England. Of course this area has a longer history of human habitation.
