    Half Life Problem
    I'm stuck on half-life problems ):

    1) You have to inventory various microbiological antigen serum samples in the hospital laboratory, and you observed that there is 50.0 gram sample of antigen T-cell serum that has denatured to 12.5 grams of viable macrobiotic activity in just 14.5 days on the shelf. What is the antigen T-cell serum in your opinion?

    There is 12.5 grams out of 50 grams remaining after 14.5 days.



    Solve for k.

    Half life is given by:



    Find k from the first equation and sub into T to find the half life.

    Is it me or the question is asking for "what is the serum in your opinion?" as in "Guess its definition?" :confused:
