I don't know what promises you have read or heard or which specific product you are looking into but I do know from personal experience that an ionic foot soak I tried worked really well. I was skeptical, too, at the outset. I couldn't quite reason out how it would work. But a trusted friend and fellow healthcare practitioner was offering the service and I used it regularly for several weeks. It was amazing what showed up on in the water and it wasn't always the same each time. There was clearly a progression over the weeks showing improvement. Not only did I see change in the water but I also felt change in my body. I was able to handle a detox diet more easily and the foot baths got rid of my detox headaches, too.
