    Use black cherry juice, parsley tea. MSM capsules. Cat's Claw is a wonderful anti-inflammatory getting rid of 60% inflammation... may have to take 6 capsules, 3 times a day for three days and then only the amount needed to keep manageable... anywhere from 2-4 caps daily to maintain.
