    Then your friend has no idea how acne occurs.

    Try asking him why he thinks masturbating would cause acne. I'd love to hear his answer, because the two things aren't connected.

    What do you mean by immunity in the body relating to sperm?

    I'm not completely understanding what you're asking.

    Sperm is meant to do one thing, it's meant to penetrate an egg and begin life.

    Sperm has nothing to do with your immune system, or acne, or any other skin outbreaks or issues in your body. It is a reproductive tool.

    If that's not the answer you're looking for then please clarify your question. Specifics would help. :)

    Spanking the monkey too often will result in calusus, possibly a tool that peeks around corners (developes a bend) but it most certainly doesn't cause acne.

    Every teen age boy on the planet would be full of acne if that was true. Acne and wanking have no medical connection to each other.
