    Legal question for extra credit
    If a man is at a bar drinking and he meets and drinks with a woman. The woman has a stroke but the man thinks she passed out due to alcohol, and takes her to his vehicle and has sex with the woman. What laws is he breaking

    That's technically rape. Because the woman wasn't able to give her consent to the act at the time of the act. Drunk, drugged or passed out. Its all the same.

    There might be some others as well... but they aren't as obvious to me.

    The part about the non-consensual sex is a red herring to throw one off from thinking about the other possible crimes.
