    How to get a girl off my mind that she broke up with me but she says she loves me but

    As your passage, you said that you love her and she also loves you too.. right?
    So, why she left you for another guy??
    There is two possibilities:
    -She thought that the guy will hurt you because of her... so she left you
    -Second facts is she doesn't love you.

    Don't mutilate or commit suicide. She's not worth it. She said she loves you only to make the break-up news seem gentle and less mean.

    What you do is move on -- join a gym or some clubs, learn a new hobby, volunteer at an animal shelter or library -- improve your life with new people and activities.

    And please don't mutilate yourself. If you find yourself contemplating suicide, go talk to someone about it: a parent, counselor, pastor, therapist...

    You have a lot of life to live, don't waste it over a girl.

    Well its not because he would hurt me because he is vertically challenged and she can beat him up trust me on this one and she still has feeling for me I can tell by how she acts around me but I now know why he did break up with me and id rather not say
