    My laptop won't load CD's.
    I have a HP Pavilion Entertainment PC that won't load CD's when I put them in, nothing happens when I put it in. I've checked under My Computer and nothing has popped up.

    Do you have the drivers for the disc drive installed? You need the drivers to read the hardware properly.
