She may have problems with the pregnancy, you never really know because even a healthy dog can have problems. If you have concerns I would contact your vet. One thing I wonder is, was this breeding a mistake? Because your title asks if you can breed the two together, yet your post sounds like it was an accident. Breeding is no small thing, and requires tons of research, money, and time, it also includes consideration of health, genetics and temperament of the animals among other things. I'm not trying to be rude, I hope you didn't take it that way.

How old is she? Age and size difference between her and the male are two very large factors in determining her safety.

I think you should consult your vet as soon as possible. He/she would have a better idea of the risks involved for your female. If he is a lot larger than she is, you may have to consider a spay/abort.
