    If you, or the previous owner, have taken good care of the engine by regularly changing the oil and filter, then I would use a full synthetic oil of the viscosity recommended by the manufacturer; e.g. Mobil 1 5W-30, Valvoline Synthetic Max Life 5W-30, or Amsoil 5W-30. Change oil and filter every 6,000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first.
