    Need all information about settelment visa?
    My wife in London and she has Indefinate (Residence visa).now I want to apply from Pakistan.I need all information to complete my file,especially I want to know about English test(which course,on which level and where I can pass that test in Pakistan)

My wife received injury settlement money,almost 100,000. If she puts that in the bank till we figure out what to do with it, will the government tax us? Should we put it in several banks? In the amount of 9,999.00 each that way the Gov. won't see it.
