    H1B visa married to OPT visa
    If I have an H1B visa and my husband has an OPT visa, does mine protect him if he's unemployed for more than 90 days?

    He is an F-1 with an OPT EAD? He will need to file for COS to H-4 to keep him in status after the EAD expires.
