    Syrup is basically sugar. Not good.

    You need meat -- red meat like beef and also liver. Will you eat liver?

    Can you call your doctor's office to get the hemoglobin number from the blood draw?

    Foods that are a good source of iron include:

    * liver
    * lean red meats, including beef, pork, lamb
    * seafood, such as oysters, clams, tuna, salmon, and shrimp, etc.
    * beans, including kidney, lima, navy, black, pinto, soy beans, and lentils
    * iron fortified whole grains, including cereals, breads, rice, and pasta
    * greens, including collard greens, kale, mustard greens, spinach, and turnip greens
    * tofu
    * vegetables, including broccoli, swiss chard, asparagus, parsley, watercress, brussel sprouts
    * chicken and turkey

    Yeah I will eat liver , just liver and I have the number I believe its on the blood results he gave me I gave them to my GY ill find out plus I take iron pills so I don't know if that will help I just do it cause I been tired

    Truthfully I take the iron pill when I'm feeling sleepy I know there's no justice there but if I'm going out I'll just drink orange juice that holds me intel I go to bed

    I use what has iron in it I don't member everyday to take it if I took it or how many I took I am concerned about my iron but that's my least concern I'm have sharp pains shooting threw my body right now and noises and moving feeling in my stomach and I don't know what it is that's creeping me out

    Breakfast: bowl of Raisin Bran or oatmeal, toast with peanut butter on it, glass of oj or grapefruit juice or cran-grape, etc.

    Lunch: 2 slices whole wheat bread, ham or chicken or turkey slices, lettuce, tomato slices, mayo, and oatmeal cookies for dessert.

    Supper: beef stew or some kind of ground beef casserole or chicken or turkey, greens of some kind, applesauce, ice cream for dessert.

    Lunch first -- something healthy and more than two potato chips -- and cut out the syrup. You're eating 'way too much of that.
