Me an my boyfriend have been dating for a year. He is two years older then me and recently turned 18. Ever since he has turned 18 everything has changed, he ditches me for the pub and barely sees me, our texting relationship is good still he tells me he loves me and All that and I love him so much but lately my ex boyfriend has been texting me and we have been talking about old times and how we both miss them and every time me and my current boyfriend fight he is always there giving me advice . He told me that he still misses me and I miss him so much as well.. we broke up a year and a half ago because I just wasn't feeling the love so I Acted like the biggest ***** barely talking to him so he would dump me, he didn't so I just ended it with I like someone else (but I didn't like anyone) now I feel like it's the biggest regret of my life but I know that if I break up with my current boyfriend I will miss him like crazy too :( please help me :(

You need to help yourself by being honest with them both. That happens when you are honest with yourself. It's a telling fact that you turn to your ex when things aren't so hot with the current guy and that's a pretty bad habit to have. And keeping the ex around to make you feel safe and wanted is also a bad habit, and a lousy idea.

Either way it's the start of lying, and cheating on the guy you have now, and making your mind wonder. So either get the ex out of your life, OR tell the new guy what's up, and take your chances, and do this right.

Great Response! Sometimes you have to take risks. In this case, the risk is losing someone. If you want either of these to work you ARE going to lose one of these guys. Take this advice and be honest.

Well I told the ex that we need to chill out and stop the messaging because the boyfriend wouldn't like it and I'm sure that when we were together younwould of been way pissed off at me texting other boys, now he's avoiding me completely, maybe it's for the best ?
