    Hi. Every time my computer starts, once it gets to loading the desktop it ask if I want to delete 'arcsetup'. I'm not sure what 'arcsetup' is and weather or not it is OK to delete it.

    Hi when I open my computer, my documents, recycle bin it gives me a message box saying "Can't load library from memory". I was wondering if anyone knows if this is a bad thig or what. Thanks


    I am running windows 2000. I'm not sure about the patching. How do I find the specs? I don't know a lot about computers.

    I've merged your questions as I believe that they are related.

    To be able to help with your issue we need a load more information.
    What Operating SYstem do you run ?
    Is it fully patched ?
    Have you made a system changes that could have caused this issue ?
    When was the last time you did any system maintenance ?
    Specs of your machine may help as well.
