    Is it possible to have Heart Burn over your heart and along the side of your ribs?

    Doesn't sound like heartburn, sounds like a mild heart attack my friend. Best to get checked out if your description is accurate. How old are you, and what kind of meds are you on ? And is the pain radiating up your neck as well ?
