    problems with burning a data cd-r disc
    when trying to burn a data cd-r disc;
    using both Nero and Roxio software;
    I get the following announcements just
    before the burn fails.

    ILLEGAL MODE FOR THIS TRACK
    INVALID WRITE STATE
    COULD NOT PERFORM END TRACK
    BURN PROCESS FAILED AT 24X(3600 KB/S)

    This is my p.c. info:

    PIONEER DVDRW DVR-K17B

    HP DV 6700 NOTEBOOK PC
