    No hot water after a hard freeze
    We had a hard freeze.are pipes froze and did not have water running in the house for 7 days.but now we fixed the pipes but we don't have hot water.what could be the problem? Please help me?

    HI Elmaluv...

    What heats your hot water... an electric or gas-fired water heater, or perhaps another appliance?

    Also, confirm that water is flowing from the hot water... just not hot, right?
