    I need a diagnosis quick!
    Vaginal discharge, extreme pelvic pain, slight bleeding, pressure in uterus...
    Any ideas?

    I'm so sorry. There's no way that anyone on this site, or any other, can give you a diagnosis online.

    We can guess, but the symptoms you describe could be any number of things, and guessing really won't help you.

    You really should go to your doctor.

    Sounds like an infection. I'd go to the doctor asap and get an Rx. Clear it up before it does some damage.
