Sore tender nipples & brown period light.. why?
I had sex w my boyfriend the day before my period started.. my period was light but all brown blood & I don't know why?. Now I'm silo experiencing cramping & my nipples are very sore & tender... Idk why please help

I am on the pill, and have been for the past 6 years. Im 22 F, fairly positive I'm NOT pregnant. My nipples hurt SO MUCH and are quite swollen, This has never happened before. Any one have anyideas on what it may be and what I can do to make the pain decrese.
It's only been a week, since the only possible time I could have conceived? I have had extremely tender nipples, and they are always erect. I also have pain and soreness in my breasts. I've heard this is a result of pregnancy, could it be anything else.?
