I usually get my period 7 days before my due date. I did not have sex but I am freaking out.

We women have weird bodies. Sometimes we miss a period, for no reason at all. There are factors that can delay a period, stress, medication, illness, weight loss, weight gain, you name it. It happens.

If you've never had sex then you're obviously not pregnant.

Wait until next month. If you still don't get your period then see your doctor, just to rule out anything medical. :)

If you are stressed without sleep or lack of proper nutrition chances are that your periods would get postponed.

Papaya? I've never heard of that helping periods before. Any idea what it is about papayas that helps? I love papaya, now I have another reason to eat it I guess.
