I love the designs. The kids used to get mad at me... when I lived up north, when I wouldn't let them go in the front yard until I took pictures!

Aww Hel!. batton down the hatches!! There goes another snowflake!

How can you have no wind? You are not that far from me and we are still having high winds and gusts.

Big mistake, I forgot to mention to the guy that clears my driveway that maybe we should wait until later when this is over. Forgot, he plowed it last night... pointless.

Potsdam is where I am at right now. That's the town I work in. I know crazy people on here and I shouldn't say that but whatever. I live about 9 miles from here. I grew up in Malone. I believe that borders the Adirondacks if I am not mistaken. I don't think its actually part of it. But still beautiful all the same. I have spent hours on end in Saranac and Lake Placid. Camped a lot that way.

Our storm here began during the night. High winds and bad snow. I thought they called for 8-16 inches. Its going to come in heavier as the day goes on so I am hearing. This is why I am hitting the high road soon.

Oh and yes SUNY Potsdam is here. Also Clarkson, St.Lawrence and SUNY Canton.

    Hi all.

    Just checking in.

I find it amusing that we Canadians seem to have better weather then you guys in the US. That's not the norm.

We're at 0C, that's 32F, at 9:20am. It's supposed to go up to 2C, do the math to figure out the F. ;)

Perfect snowman building weather, and we've got plenty of snow to do it with. :)

Hi Red! I hope you're okay by this beginning of winter :)

Oh, you're right, you're the closest to them after bear. :p

I know though that I left some mistakes that I saw only too late, I found this year's paper much more difficult as compared to the two previous ones'. I hope that the range to get A* is lowered :o

Not to further worry you unky, but in ireland the point system for college leaped upwards last year, and looking like it again this year.

However in saying that, in my opinion you have always appeared a very intelligent and smart man, you will be fine, there's no point in borrowing worry now, what's done is done.

Unky you are driven and set high goals for yourself and that is good. But I think that anything less than 100% is a problem for you. You need to lighten up my friend, I am sometimes amazed at how smart you are.

I went to work this morning in this snowy mess. I called the boss with a message and he never left his house. I have a few choice names for him. He thought about telling me not to go in. I guess he never actually voiced it because I went in. I left after that. Home now. The boys are outside and I am making cookies.
