I was playing with my younger daughter the other day and I am 17 weeks pregnant I think I may have stepped the wrong way or something.. But for 3 days now I have been having sharp pains every time when I walk like my leg wants to give out or break off. The pain is in my upper right leg between my vagina and leg what could this be

Certainly check with your doctor but it sounds as though some of the ligaments that support the uterus from underneath were over stretched. Many women will feel a sharp catch in that area when they move or change position too quickly. You may have overdone it and the area continues to be sore.

Some women will also experience sharp pains in that area, sometimes along with their hips, lower back, or upper legs due to SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction). It is noticed more with activities that separate the legs, such as walking, going up and down stairs, and getting in and out of a car or bed.

It sounds like you pulled your groin muscle. Those are hard to treat. But check with your doctor and take it easy.
