    How do I get my money back from the bank that took ssi disability?
    How do I go about getting reimbursed from the bank for monies taking from my social security disability?

    I will assume that the bank was served a writ of execution against your bank account as the result of a judgment against you for an unpaid debt, since you didn't give us any info to go on.

    The bank doesn't know that the funds were from SSI. So you have to go to the court that issued the writ and get it vacated on the grounds that the account only held exempt income.
