This is Ron Manclaw, CEO of are.M. International
We are Systems Integrators in Pompano Beach, FL
    2180 NW 18th Avenue, Suite A-6
    Pompano Beach, FL (USA) 33069-1320
    (954) 975-9600 FAX (954) 97-=3131

We generally work for client companies on assignsments
Such as integrating an Optical Library at a major law school
    By a client company.
Just as often, we are requested to write a specification for
A large integrated system by a client company. We usually
Offer an option of installing it, too. This could be anywhere in the World or multiple places. We do not go to Columbia
Because it is always the same thing.

My email is [email protected] if I can answer any other
    Questions.

What Ron Manclaw wrote, is a commercial.
System engineering is putting a system in place. That means, study the needs, and work out a solution that fits the needs.
Be it a computer (that's what Ron is thinking of) or a water dwell in Africa.
Information engineering is what happens before it: gather the information you need to get to decide whether you want to do it or not. Find out who is going to pay for it. And whether it will be a gain or a loss. Or if it polishes the image of your company. Whatever. It's always about $$$$ anyway.
