    Little CT State tax being taken out of my check.
    I received my W-2 and it said State withheld only 63 dollars. Why so little when in the past State took out around 900 before. My income was around 18,000

    If $18K is your total income, then your expected CT tax for the year is only about $68. If previously they withheld $900 on $18K of income they were withholding way too much.
