Hi Nimot... Floor drains are not run in pipes that small (16 mm = 0.63 inches). Heck, most water pipes aren't even run that small... ;) Most plumbing codes that I know of require a minimum pipe size of 2" (50.8mm) for a floor drain with a slope of 1/4" (6.35mm) per foot of piping and a vent within 5 feet of the floor drain for the floor drain to be considered part of a "self-cleansing" drain system. A 3" (76.2mm) floor drain would have the same pitch as above. a 4" (101.6mm) floor drain would only require 1/8" (3.175mm) per foot of piping. Anything larger only requires the 1/8" pitch per foot. Why exactly are you asking about such small pipe sizes? Let me know, OK? Mark |
