    How do I keep oil people from dividing our property
    118 family members we want to lease our property but me don't want it divided the oil company says this is Louisiana law no one should have the right it s our 40 arcres our grandfather didn't divide it. Do they have this right

    It would be well worth your trouble to consult with your own attorney to find out whether they can do whatever they are saying they can do.
