    Mortgage holder dies, does repayment go to heirs
    Seller of mortgage on property dies, do heirs continue to receive the payments

    Unless notified otherwise, you send your mortgage payments to the same address and/or person you always have; until notified of changes.

    And the probate estate would, in due course, transfer the mortgage to whomever it goes.
