Do marks count for the university I choose?
Is there a chance to be accepted at well-known university as Cambridge for instance if I am not an A level student? How can I obtain a scholarship?

Honestly, unless you are SERIOUSLY bank rolled, the chances of getting into Oxbridge are virtually ZERO.

This doesn't sound very well, but is good to be told the truth frankly. I guess there must be some other universities where is not that impossible to study.
