I am looking for a children's book that had a board game in the cover?
I read a book as a child that was beautifully illustrated it had something to do with a tiger and a boy being out at night. I remember that it had a board game inside the back cover relating to the story in the book.

I absolutely loved it - does anyone know what the title might be?

It was in the UK during the early eighties.

    Thanks

This makes me think of "Jumanji". It came out in 1982.

Not so jungle focused, more about midnight. I do know Jumanji... this is a real book.

I guess it was a real book, and not a comic? Calvin and Hobbes popped in my mind when reading your description...
