    Word:

    Sayed

    Meaning:

    (1) Sayed means Master or Mr (Mister). Sayed Ali means Mr Ali in most cases.

    (2)It is a noble title as most people who have that title before their name are usually religiously educated or rich (or both).

    (3) The word sayed is also used as a boy's name.

    (4) Some Muslims attribute a special meaning to the word sayed - that a person is the descendant of Prophet Muhammed (SAW) through his daughter Fatimah (AS).
