    Concealment charge in canada
From canada: if I put an item inside my jacket in a store and before I leave I change my mind and put it back on the shelf is there a charge I can get. When I was leaving the store owner stopped me and asked to look inside my jacket and I showed him I had nothing. He then said I was seen on camera and he has called the police and I'm going to be charged with concealment. My question is if I had nothing can he charge me? I did have it concealed inside my jacket
