:) Hey Barbie, what have you used so far for skin lightening?

You should exfoliate your skin first with a mild chemical peel or carotein so that the cream you choose will penetrate you skin (not the dead skin laying on top) and work better.

Then you can use HQ and RA, or nadinola, some of their products are available at any drug store.

This may be obvious, but stay out of the sun!! Use a high spf (90+) sunscreen, I like neutrogena's.
Try some skin lighten soaps, there are a lot out there if you just do a Google search. Some good ones are likas, daggett ramsdell, and black licorice.

Watch your diet, make sure you aren't eating too much junk/fried foods or sodas. Eat more fruits and vegerables, and DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!! eating right will clean out your body and rid the toxins and the bad stuff that darken you skin. I'm currently going on a raw food diet, and have noticed my skin is smoother and brighter, and has kind of a glow to it.
