    65 year old woman needing financial help to keep house from falling.
    House is builded on a hill and cannot afford to build a retaining wall to keep it from sliding down hill. Is there a grant or some other financial resources?

    Have you checked into local senior services? Call the reference department at the local library to find out what's possible in her area. (In my county, she would get her wall built for very low cost or even for free.)
